1. Agreement to Terms

By using DAMO VMS, you agree to follow these terms. If you don't agree, please do not use our system.

2. The Virtual Procurement Department

DAMO VMS provides a system for managing vendor interactions. We act as your virtual department, but you remain responsible for final decisions and contracts made with vendors.

3. Professional Conduct

Our system is designed for professional business use. You agree not to use the system for any illegal or unprofessional activities.

4. Automated Scoring

Vendor scoring is based on automated processes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the scores are error-free. It is your responsibility to perform final vetting.

5. Service Fees

Fees are billed monthly at the rate of $39 per company. You can cancel at any time, but we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.

6. Limitation of Liability

DAMO VMS is not responsible for any losses incurred due to vendor interactions or the use of our automated scoring system.
